Wix Zapier DocuSign Integration
This options allows you to automate your workflow. For example, everytime a client purchase a particular product or service we can create a ZAP so theu will receive that document or agreement to sign via email.
You will have to purchase/upgrade the following:
- Wix Ascend Plan
- Zapier (Zapier has a FREE plan with 5 Zaps. If you have more than 2 signatures you will need to upgrade. )
- DocuSign eSignature Plans and Pricing
DocuSign on Website (PowerForms)
This option will allow us to add a button or link to your website so your client can sign without leaving your website.
You will have to purchase the following:
Adobe Acrobat Sign
This option allows you to embed documents or agreements for clients to fill out on website. Transform and speed up your process.
You will need to purchase the following:
- Acrobat Pro (7 Day Free Trail available)
Forms Integration (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.)
Research & Analysis
Website Design service is booked via shop page or invoice is paid. Digital Stylz will get to know everything about your business, your industry, and where you want it to go. We will send over your Website To-Do List for you to complete. All content is due 2 days before start date.
Branding
Digital Stylz will not start this process until all content is received and 100% of the design fee is received . We’ll come up with branding and positioning options for your review that will be used across all channels.
Design & Creation
We will build a stunning website that meets all of your needs and incorporates your branding. During this phase we will be asking for your feedback. You will be able to sign into your account and view your unpublished website. Please send feedback to kethompson@digitalstylz.com
Review & Launch
Your package includes three (3) revision rounds. Revisions must be submitted in writing via email, Google Doc, or the Designer’s designated revision system.
Live revision meetings are not included in website design packages and may be requested as a paid add-on service, subject to availability.
Revisions are intended to refine the approved design and do not include full redesigns, new layouts, additional pages, or scope changes. Requests outside the original scope will require a separate quote.
Once revisions are completed, we will make final updates to your website, complete testing, and guide you through a Final Walkthrough to ensure you are confident managing your dashboard and making minor updates.
After final approval and testing, your website will be published and launched.
