Retainer Packages

Once you select a retainer package, you’ll receive priority access to monthly design support. Each month, you can submit design requests based on your package limits. Requests are completed one at a time and delivered within the standard turnaround timeframe.

Turnaround time is typically 2–3 business days per request, depending on complexity. Larger or multi-page projects may require additional time. Rush services are available for an additional fee.

All requests are submitted through our designated request system or via email, depending on your package level. You’ll be guided through the process after subscribing so everything stays organized and efficient.

Yes. Each package includes a set number of deliverables per month. Requests are completed sequentially to ensure quality and consistency. Additional requests beyond your package may be billed separately.

Yes. Retainer services roll over but expires at the end of the year. This ensures consistent workflow and priority service for all active clients.

Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade your retainer package at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes. Retainers are billed monthly and may be paused or canceled at any time by managing your subscription through Account Settings. No long-term contracts are required.

Retainers may include (based on package level):

• Flyers & marketing materials

• Business cards & print designs

• Brand visuals & mockups

• Discount for website updates

• AI photoshoots (select packages)

• Access to Digital Stylz Academy

Retainers do not include:

• Full website builds or redesigns

• Copywriting or content creation

• Paid ads management

• Printing or third-party fees

• Extensive revisions beyond scope

Projects outside of retainer scope are billed separately.

Yes. Each design includes reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction. Excessive revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.

No. All retainers are non-refundable. Due to the nature of design work and reserved availability, refunds are not provided once services begin.

At Digital Stylz, our print credit includes the costs associated with standard print runs and shipping, ensuring that your essential branding materials are both professionally produced and conveniently delivered. However, if your project requires specialty finishes, expedited (rush) orders, or larger quantities than what is covered under our standard offerings, additional fees may apply.
