Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services, products, and digital platforms provided by Digital Stylz LLC (“Digital Stylz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using our services or products, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Digital Stylz provides services and products including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and development (Wix, Shopify, WordPress, etc.)

  • Graphic design (logos, branding, marketing materials, digital assets)

  • E-commerce setup and optimization

  • Digital products and templates

  • NFC-enabled products and digital profile solutions

  • Physical merchandise (apparel, accessories, branded items)

  • Automation systems, integrations, and digital tools

All services are customized and subject to the scope selected at purchase.

 

2. Mandatory Consultation (New Clients)

All new clients are required to book a consultation prior to starting services.

 

Consultation fees are credited toward the total project cost.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all required content, assets, and information in a timely manner

  • Ensure all submitted materials are accurate and legally owned

  • Respond to communications within required timeframes

  • Follow project workflows and revision processes

 

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, project holds, or termination of services.

4. Project Requirements & Start Timeline

Project timelines begin only after all required materials are received, including:

  • Platform login access (Wix, Shopify, etc.)

  • Website content (typed format only, no screenshots)

  • Images, branding assets, and design direction

  • Product information (if applicable)

  • Policies, pricing, and business details

 

Delays in submission will delay project timelines.

5. Communication & Approval Policy

Clients must respond within 48 hours of receiving drafts or updates.

 

If no response is received within 14 business days:

  • The project may be placed on hold, OR

  • Considered approved and finalized at Digital Stylz’s discretion

Delays caused by lack of communication do not qualify for refunds.

6. Revisions Policy

Unless otherwise stated, services include three (3) revision rounds.

  • Revisions must be submitted in writing (email, document, or approved system)

  • One consolidated request counts as one revision round

  • Additional revisions may incur additional fees

 

Revisions do NOT include:

  • Full redesigns

  • New concepts or layouts

  • Scope changes after approval

7. Graphic Design Services

All graphic design services are custom and tailored to each client.

  • All drafts and concepts remain the property of Digital Stylz until full payment is received

  • Final files are delivered after full payment

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all designs before approval

 

Digital Stylz is not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors or incorrect information approved by the client

  • Printing errors after files are delivered

  • Misuse or modification of design files

 

8. Payments, Invoices & Subscriptions

  • All payments are due by the invoice due date

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

  • A reinstatement fee of up to 50% may apply

 

Subscription / Retainer Services:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • Clients must complete their billing cycle

  • Unused services may roll over only if stated

 

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services, digital products, and custom work are non-refundable.

 

Due to the nature of digital and custom services:

  • Once work has started, no refunds will be issued

  • Cancellations do not guarantee refunds

 

10. Digital Products & Templates

 

All digital products are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Licensed for individual business use only

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute products

  • Use products for multiple clients without permission

  • Modify products for resale

 

11. NFC Products & Digital Profiles

Digital Stylz offers NFC-enabled products and digital profile services.

 

By purchasing or using these products:

  • Compatibility may vary by device and is not guaranteed across all smartphones

  • You are responsible for the content linked to your NFC product

  • Publicly shared information may be accessible by others

 

Digital Stylz is not liable for:

  • Device incompatibility

  • Third-party use of shared data

  • Misuse of NFC-enabled features

 

We reserve the right to update or discontinue digital profile services at any time.

 

12. Physical Products & Merchandise

Digital Stylz offers physical products including apparel, accessories, and branded merchandise.

 

All sales are final.

 

Replacements are only offered if:

  • The item is defective, OR

  • The wrong item was received

 

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery

  • Provide proof (photos) if requested

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

 

13. Intellectual Property

All work created by Digital Stylz remains our property until full payment is received.

 

After payment:

  • Clients receive a limited license to use final designs

  • Ownership does NOT include resale or redistribution rights

 

Digital Stylz reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

 

14. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Digital Stylz may use or build on third-party platforms (Wix, Shopify, Stripe, etc.).

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or limitations

  • Changes to third-party systems

  • Issues caused by third-party integrations

 

15. Printing & Fulfillment

We may use third-party vendors for printing and fulfillment.

 

Digital Stylz is not responsible for:

  • Print quality issues

  • Color variations

  • Vendor errors or delays

 

We will assist in resolving issues when possible.

16. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days

  • Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays.

 

17. Limitation of Liability

Digital Stylz is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, business, or data

  • Website downtime or platform failures

  • Client misuse of designs or systems

  • Third-party service failures

 

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.

 

18. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client:

  • Becomes unresponsive

  • Violates policies

  • Requests work outside agreed scope repeatedly

  • Displays abusive or inappropriate behavior

 

All work completed up to termination is non-refundable.

 

19. Future Services & Updates

Digital Stylz may expand its offerings to include new tools, services, or digital platforms.

These Terms apply to all current and future services.

 

20. Agreement

By purchasing or using our services or products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
